A story about Beyonce and Jay Z wanting to bring their twins home from the hospital was made up. Gossip Cop can expose what’s going on.
As Gossip Cop reported, Beyonce gave birth last week, but she and the babies remained hospitalized due to a minor medical issue. Now HollywoodLife is claiming to have “EXCLUSIVE details” on the situation. “Beyonce & Jay Z Hope To Bring Their New Twins Home Soon: ‘They Look Just Like Their Father,” announces the headline from the serial fabricators.
A so-called “source” is quoted as saying, “Beyonce is eager to get her new babies home. She has been stuck inside the hospital for a week now and Jay has been by her side daily as they follow all of the doctor’s conservative orders to ensure the newborns are healthy and strong before going home.” But could that quotation be any more obvious?
Of course Beyonce is “eager to get her new babies home.” Of course they want to “follow” the doctor’s orders and “ensure the newborns are healthy” before getting discharged. Who would think otherwise? The purported “source” goes on to make another statement few would question: “Everyone who has met the babies are already saying both kids look just like their father!” That’s hardly a surprise, given look-alike Blue Ivy and, well, the predilection for children to look like their parents.
What’s notably NOT said, though, is who falls under “everyone.” HollywoodLies is claiming to have “exclusive” insight, so shouldn’t the site know who, exactly, has “met the babies”? Instead, the webloid has tellingly avoided specifics and is running a story that is suspiciously similar to an earlier article that asserted George Clooney’s twins look like him. The outlet wants readers to believe it has access to not just Clooney’s inner circle, but also that of Beyonce and Jay Z. Yet the online publication only has vague information that is far from scoops.
Prior to this piece about bringing the babies home, HollywoodLies ran a different “exclusive” about Jay Z being “brought to tears holding his new son for the most time.” Again, plausible. Many dads cry in such a situation. But is someone really telling the webloid that? Based on everything Gossip Cop knows about how the site operates and how the rapper and Beyonce are being even more private than usual right now, the answer is no. Like with Clooney, the fabrication factory is merely making up stories about a hot topic. And even if they sound real, they’re actually fake news.
